Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy on Fair International Trade and Fair Labour Practices:

1) All of our factory suppliers are licensed by relevant authorities by Canadian or Chinese governments which are regularly monitored for compliance with stringent national labour and environmental laws.

2) Where appropriate product is sourced only from ISO certified manufacturing facilities and are manufactured and shipped with international product certifications as required.

3) None of our factory suppliers outsource or subcontract to third party suppliers.

4) We do not place orders to the cheapest supplier which may cause problems for substandard product and non-compliance of labour and environment laws.

5) Our international office in China regularly monitors production to ensure compliance on quality and labour/environmental regulations.

6) We do not subcontract out this monitoring to second parties or representatives.
